St Joseph's School Season 1970-71

"During the 1970 -71 season I was a member of the successful Hunslet St Joseph's RC side, can't remember who we beat in the final but I am sure that it was by a wide margin."

Chris goes on to say that the school had a rich tradition in schools rugby and that this particular team were unbeatable also winning the Edgar Meeks trophy until they finally succumbed to Parkside losing to them in the final of the Harrison Shield in 1973.
