After last seasons competition was abandoned due to the global pandemic the Goldthorpe Cup was once again contested. The final took place at the John Charles Centre for Sport on January 31st.
The game was dominated by Brigshaw who made the most of their possession and ran out comfortable winners. Farnley struggled to get good ball especially in good field position but they were rewarded with a try when the acting half dived over.
The Ken Eyre Player of the match award was presented to hat trick hero Kane McNamara by journalist Phil Caplan. Leeds Rhinos player Liam Sutcliffe presented the medals and the trophy was once again presented by Albert Goldthorpe's great grandson.
