Hunslet v Leeds

The matchday magazine from the 2008 Lazenby Cup match between Hunslet Hawks and Leeds Rhinos.The famous photograph was featured on the front cover of all the clubs home game programmes during the 2008 season as a tribute to Albert and the heroes from 1908.

The Lazenby Cup was first contested in 1912 after Mr Lazenby a member of the Leeds Committee had presented a silver cup for an annual competition with the aim of establishing a fund to provide playing fields for teams in the Leeds junior league.
